02 Design project

On July 10, the groundbreaking ceremony for the cold chain operation center of Meiyuan Supply Chain (Taicang) was held in Taicang. This project is a cold chain logistics project designed by our institute. It is located in the High-tech Development Zone of Taicang City, Suzhou. It covers an area of more than 40 acres. The building area is about 31,000 square meters, and the floor area ratio is 2.0. A total of two 24-meter-high cold storages will be constructed. The main warehouse design plan has four temperature zones: low temperature freezing, cold storage, constant temperature and humidity, and room temperature. The project design is based on reasonable space layout, optimal structure selection, advanced refrigeration technology, efficient logistics facilities, energy-saving design concepts, convenient and practical operation mode, and is committed to creating a high-end, efficient and high-quality cooling system for customers.
